As a person who has lost loved ones, I understand you want to process your grief and integrate it.
You want your life to feel livable again and full of meaning.
It is possible to find a meaningful life on the other side of your grief again and this would open up for you a thriving life, not just a life of surviving. Imagine feeling inspired by life again and being able to process your grief in a way that is positive and healthy.
But the problem is that you are likely still in the depth of grief. The pain of the loss and the longing for their presence is overwhelming and persistent, it leaves you drained and numb.
You want the pain to stop. But you may be sitting there wondering ‘is it even possible?’
So why is this happening?
In our culture, we are praised for appearing strong or encouraged to grieve alone. We stay busy or find someone or something to replace the person we lost.
I call this the Grief Avoidance Syndrome.
You can’t get over the loss of your loved one, but you can learn to live in the world without them. Having tools to deal with grief when it come up, that’s the key.
And more importantly, we get to learn about ourselves, our capacity to empathize and open into emotional vulnerability.
In this LIVE online training, I’ll be sharing with you these 3 keys for embracing life again after loss and transforming from your grief to a vibrant life:
Key #1: Being Clear About Your Relationship with Grief
Embodying clarity within your grief reactions and responses to be centred and able to focus on what matters most.
Key #2: Being Intentional in Your Grieving
Nurturing your need for grieving to support you move from painful grieving to intentional grieving, incorporating meaning and memory.
Key #3: Being Compassionate Towards Yourself
Loving yourself and accepting your unique way of grieving and so you find the energy to integrate it and move forward with your life.
You can’t get over the loss of your loved one but you will be able to embrace the pain as the price for your love… and you’ll know that you are truly OK.
I invite you to join like-minded individuals to explore these principles to bring joy back into your life, learn to live a life without them and find ways to thrive.
